1. Waiver

Every skater must complete a Waiver and Release of Liability.

2. Booking Confirmation

Upon confirmation of booking, participant / guardian is responsible to complete payments and cancellation fees associated with booking.

3. Weather Delays

We make a day-of decision if the skate session is possible.

If any weather related circumstance prevents us from having a safe skate session, we will:

Private Lessons

Postpone until the following week, same day and time. No fees.

Programs, Classes and Camps

Cancel the class and hold a x1 make-up session after schedule completion date.

4. Cancellation Fees

Please notify us 24hrs prior if you will miss or need to cancel a confirmed skate session.

We do charge Cancelation Fees to respect our coaches and skaters schedules.

Private Lessons 

Same Day Cancelation: 25% Fee (under 12hrs notification)

No Show: 50% Fee (under 1hr notification)

Programs, Classes, and Camps

Cancel for refund: Processed through respective Parks and Recs Dept.

Missing a class: Notify 12hrs prior to receive credit towards a future class.

Events

Non-refundable deposit of 25% is due upon booking.

In the event of postponement or cancel, 24hrs Notification required.

Postponement has no fees however a cancel will result in 25% Fee.

5. Pads and Gear

We recommend all participants wear full athletic gear, that includes: helmet, elbow pads, knee pads and wrist guards.

Participants under the age of 18 are required to wear full athletic gear.

Participants over the age of 18 must wear a helmet.
